Shipping policy

POSTAGE:

We ship our orders 5 days a week, excluding weekends. Our typical dispatch time is 1-2 days from the order being placed. 

All orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

All orders outside the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked International service.

Any return costs created outside of the item being faulty will be the customers responsibility. If the order is incorrect or faulty the cost of the return will be covered by That Crafty Stitch. If the customer changes their mind and wants to return an item the cost of the initial delivery of the order and the return delivery cost will be the customers responsibility. 

EU SHIPPING:

We now ship to the EU!

We strive to give you the best possible shopping experience, as such we cover all EU taxes, custom fees and duties for orders up to 150 (excluding VAT and shipping). This means that the price you pay at checked is the final price you pay.

For orders over 150 (excluding VAT and shipping), you will be subject to import duties from your custom authority.

US SHIPPING:

TARIFF CHARGES: 

From August 29th 2025, the De Minimis threshold for low value items was scrapped. This means that all goods imported into the US are now subject to tariff charges. We use a Pre Paid Duty Postal service (PDDP) for our sales into the US, which means that you will be charged the tariff fee upfront at checkout. Meaning you will not be required to pay any further duty or tariff charges upon the goods entry to the US border. 

SALES TAX:

As a very small business we are not currently in a position to manage US sales taxes so we advise that you may be required to pay 'Use Tax' in your relevant jurisdiction. We also advise our US customers to keep track of any order details for your annual State Tax Return if applicable.
